WINTER IS CALLING

Now the night is closing in

And the wine flows beneath my skin

And a ghost, she comes to call

Floats thru my mind and we fall

We journey to another place

I feel the sunshine on my face

A soft wind blows in from the sea

The sand is warm beneath our feet

Where did I go so wrong

I tried my best yeh, for so long

Winter is calling

Feels like I'm falling thru the sky

 

Yeh the night is close at hand

White frost settles across the land

The Last Light fades to the deep

Shades of blue and darkened greens

Why did I wait so long

Springtime's past now - summer's gone

Winter is calling

Feels like I'm falling thru the sky 

And this road I'm walking is leads to a dead end 

Now it looks like our pathways won't cross again

Feels like I'm falling... back to earth
